I ordered from shopremi.com and it was just a really smooth delivery experience, I got the tracking info, kept an eye on it here and there, and the package actually showed up right when they said it would with no annoying delays or having to chase anyone down, so yeah, easy and I’d order from them again.

I had to return an item and expected it to be a bit of a headache, but it went smoothly. Customer support got back to me quickly, and the return steps were clear enough to follow without any confusion. My refund came through without much hassle too. I was a little nervous at first, but in the end, I’d say it was a solid experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to order again.

I’ve been using the Remi subscription for a few months now, and overall it’s been convenient. I like not having to think about when to reorder my night guards, because I’d probably forget. The fit has been good for me too, at least as far as I can tell, so I don’t really have any complaints there.
I’m giving it 4 stars because one shipment took longer than I expected, although maybe I was just being a little impatient. I did end up checking in with support, and they got back to me, so it wasn’t a huge issue. I’ll keep using it for now and see how it goes
